After an incredible 37-year career at Penobscot Valley Hospital, we bid a fond farewell to Dixie Watson, RN as she embarks on her well-deserved retirement this morning.
Dixie began her journey with us in 1987 as a CNA, advanced to LPN in 1989, and fulfilled her dream of becoming an RN in 2000. Over the years, she touched countless lives, made lifelong friendships, and became known for her unwavering kindness and willingness to help anyone in need.
Dixie’s compassion and dedication have made a lasting impact on the PVH family, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of working with her, and all the people who she cared for.
Please join us in wishing Dixie nothing but joy, relaxation, and happiness in this new chapter of her life. Thank you, Dixie, for your remarkable service!
