Dr. Deyo completed his undergraduate work in Biology at the University of Texas at Arlington and graduated medical school at the University of Texas at Houston. He went on to complete his internship and general surgery residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. Throughout his career, he has become a pioneer in laparascopic procedures and completed several thousand laparoscopic surgeries with a special interest in gastroesophageal reflux disease. Dr. Deyo also performs other laparascopic surgical procedures to include cholecystectomy, colectomy, adrenalectomy, herniorrhaphy, splenectomy, thyroid, parathyroid and breast surgery.
