What to Expect: A Simple, Supportive Experience

Before receiving care, every patient—unless arriving by ambulance—will stop at registration to complete necessary paperwork and answer a few preliminary questions. Rest assured, our friendly and courteous team is trained to assist you every step of the way, ensuring you feel comfortable and cared for. 

Please Bring the Following to help us serve you

  • Current Insurance card(s)
  • A photo ID (for your safety and security)
  • Any paperwork, if provided, by your healthcare provider
